Your school could be part of the world's biggest drawing festival
Young Animators are holding events as part of the THE BIG DRAW FESTIVAL and will be delivering workshops in Schools across Kent.
Young Animators provide equipment, materials and specialist tutors for engaging, cross-curricular enrichment workshops in stop-motion, drawn, 2D and 3D Animation.
Your pupils can work collaboratively as a class or in groups to create animated films inspired by a project, theme or activity within the curriculum. We can animate scientific diagrams or mathematical patterns, recreate scenes from history or respond to a piece of music or text.
THE BIG DRAW FESTIVAL 2017, runs throughout October but we will be running workshops in schools and with community projects up to March 2018. The finished animation along with supporting resources for pupils, staff and parents will be accessible on your school’s page on the Young Animators website and also in the BIG DRAW Gallery
Young Animators BIG DRAW Workshops:
- £90 for per half day and £180 for a full day.
- All materials and equipment are included in the fee.
- Each child will receive a certificate of participation.
- After hours teacher sessions; an introduction to techniques used by Young Animators and advice on utilising existing school resources (£45 for 1.5 hrs).
